Defective ATV carburetor leads to lawsuit

Posted under Uncategorized

Brian Latham has filed a lawsuit against Edelbrock Corporation after he claims that the carburetor he purchased for his ATV was defective. Latham claims that the carburetor malfunctioned while he was driving his ATV. Apparently the malfunction would not let him de-accelerate properly which caused him to crash the ATV after losing control.

Latham states that Edelbrock was negligent and failed to provide warnings and instructions with the carburetor. Without these warnings and instructions, Latham was not aware of te possible risks involved in using the product.

He is suing for past and future medical expenses, loss of income, property damage to the ATV, and disfigurement. He is seeking damages in excess of $450,000.
