Police Implement Nightheat Program to Catch Drunk Drivers

Posted under Uncategorized

The Green Bay Police Department has begun a new program to increase pressure on people not to drive drunk. The program will have police officers increasing their patrol in certain areas during the night hours because Wisconsin law does not permit sobriety check points.

The Nightheat program received a funding award from Mothers against Drunk Driving (MADD). Through Nightheat the funding award has been used to increase police patrols.

Fighting drunk driving is a valuable initiative. If you have been affected by a drunk driver, contact the Lake Geneva personal injury lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® by calling 262-248-5200 or by visiting our website.
