How to avoid injuries at airports

by Administrator 25. February 2010 06:34

Millions of people travel in airports every week. Because so many people are crowded into such a small space, there is a significant risk of accident and injury.

Some of the most significant accidents occur outside terminals, where cars hit pedestrians walking to or from the airport. These accidents can be prevented if pedestrians walk in designated areas and drivers observe posted warnings.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in an airport accident, contact the Lake Geneva airport accident attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.

How to avoid injuries from car fires

by Administrator 19. February 2010 06:46

Car fires start for a variety of reasons. In some cases, the fire is ignited during an auto accident. In other cases, the fire may be related to overheating or a car defect.

When such fires occur, drivers and passengers are advised to exit the car immediately. Once all individuals are safely out of reach, the driver should contact the local fire department to put out the blaze.

In most cases, individuals are instructed not to try to put out the fire themselves because of the chance of the car exploding or the fire spreading.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in a car fire, contact the Lake Geneva personal injury lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.

Who is held liable in ski accident injuries?

by Administrator 5. February 2010 04:51

During the winter months, many people hit the slopes for fun and vacations. While many people exercise precaution and ski safely, some ski out of control and sometimes hit other skiers.

When such accidents occur, the out-of-control skier could be held liable for the damages. However, proving a ski accident personal injury case can be difficult to prove because of the responsibility that skiers assume on the slopes.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in a ski accident, contact the Lake Geneva ski accident lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
