A semi truck hit a median wall at the St. Croix River bridge on I-94 yesterday. Traffic was stopped for nearly 2 hours as crews towed the truck from the median. Westbound traffic was backed up for more than 3 miles.
The truck began to leak diesel fuel due to the crash and reports say 100 gallons of fuel leaked out onto the road. There has been no reports as to what caused the truck to run into the median. The driver was treated at the scene with a bump on the head.
