Six people were injured on Saturday after a home exploded in the northern Milwaukee suburb of Glendale. A father and daughter were inside the house when it exploded, and both were taken to Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital.
A passerby and a neighbor were also hurt as they helped the occupants out of the house. The home was completely destroyed and caused significant damage to its neighboring houses.
According to CNN, a firefighter suffered from heat exhaustion, and a police officer was treated for smoke inhalation. Investigators at this time are not sure what caused the explosion.
